We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our facilities and ensure seamless experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operations efficiently and effectively, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations to meet business needs
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Pursue cost-saving measures to optimize efficiency
Working Effectively:
  • Collaborate with kitchen and events services teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
  • Help with receiving and storing goods to maintain inventory control
Enhancing Guest Experience:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of crockery and cutlery according to HACCP guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
Responsible Business Practices:
  • Participate in workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Report workplace hazards and injuries to management
  • Use safety and emergency equipment properly
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP guidelines and safety procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various departments
