Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Komatsu Australia. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our customers in the Wollongong region.

About the Role
  • Provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment
  • Contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Work on a wide variety of equipment with the support of a global OEM
Requirements
  • Mobile Plant Mechanic Trade Certificate (Cert 3 Mobile Plant)
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment
  • A minimum of C class Licence
  • Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills
  • Working at heights qualification
  • Ability to follow required job scope & critical path
  • Safety focused mindset
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Proven high level of customer service
