Leading Site Manager Required

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from site setup to final handover.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safety is a top priority on all project sites
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors for efficient delivery
- Maintain accurate project records and reports
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant trade, tertiary, and safety qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
