Job Title: Family Support Practitioner
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Family Support Practitioner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children, young people, and families.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths, needs, and risks.
- Develop tailored care plans with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide timely support during crises for safety and stability.
- Advocate for clients to access resources and services.
- Facilitate parenting programs and workshops.
- A degree in social work or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in child protection, family support, or community services.
- An understanding of child protection legislation and frameworks.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Documents- National Police Check,
- Working with Children (Blue Card),
- Licensed Care Service (Child Protection) or ability to acquire.
