Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

Make a Difference

As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards required to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Quality Management Systems for international clients and conduct regular audits
  • Communicate with end-users and respond to their quality complaints, reducing product warranty and defects
  • Review critical documents with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct incoming inspections for each batch delivered to distribution centers, making decisions to accept or reject the batch

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar position or industry
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO9000
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
