About this Role:

This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our aged care community and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

  • You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide proactive care that enriches daily life, manages care plans, and ensures safe medication administration.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, promoting open communication and transparency throughout the care process.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse in this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date care plans that reflect the evolving needs of residents.
  2. Providing respectful and tailored support that promotes resident choice and independence.
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective management of complex conditions.
  4. Ensuring the timely and accurate documentation of all aspects of care, including medication plans, interventions, and progress notes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration with the relevant nursing authority.

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in aged care.
