Job Opportunity

We are seeking a junior medical practitioner to join our dynamic team providing inpatient and outpatient radiation oncology care.

This is a maximum term contract position based at our Albury centre, commencing in February 2026. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care for radiation oncology inpatients and outpatients treated by our service, with the support and supervision of consultant radiation oncologists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, clear communication skills and a patient-centred approach. No prior radiation oncology experience is expected, but an interest in pursuing a career in radiation oncology will be an advantage.

About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive medical care for radiation oncology inpatients and outpatients
  • Work closely with consultant radiation oncologists to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements
  • Current registered practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority
  • Minimum of two years experience post-graduation
  • Compliance as a healthcare provider with credentialing and compliance requirements such as CPD, insurance and immunisation, Basic Life Support certification
