Marketing Internship with a Global Leader

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join their team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in marketing events, sponsorships, and social media content creation.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the ANZ Marketing Team with various tasks, including event organization, sponsorship management, template setup, briefing document preparation, and customer data compilation. They will also assist with social media content creation, video production, and editing.

  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, including issuing invitations, checking compliance, and preparing collateral.
  • Manage sponsorship relationships, including issuing invitations, checking compliance, and ticketing.
  • Set up templates for sponsorship and event management.
  • Prepare event and sponsorship briefing documents and attend relevant calls.
  • Maintain the marketing storeroom and inventory.
  • Compile and maintain customer data.
  • Assist with updating the lead routing matrix and disseminating it to the IMR team.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in English, attention to detail, and enhanced MS Office skills. You should also be proactive, willing to learn, and able to work fast in short timeframes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary institution and taking preferably Marketing; graduating 2026 onwards.
  • No ongoing full-time work experience.
  • Able to commit to a 12-month internship duration.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days/week and increase to 4 days during university breaks.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident (Sydney based).

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
