  • Requirements Unpacking:
    • Analyse and detail automation initiatives identified in recent consulting reports.
    • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements.
    • Document and map current and future state processes related to automation.
  • Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and internal data analysis to support automation initiatives.
    • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to assess feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.
    • Identify potential opportunities and risks associated with automation projects.
  • Develop detailed financial models to evaluate costs, benefits, and ROI of automation options.
  • Construct comprehensive business cases that clearly articulate problem statements, proposed solutions, and expected benefits.
  • Quantify and build out investment packs for business decision.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather input, validate assumptions, and build consensus.
    • Develop and deliver visually compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
    • Presentation development and delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing business cases for strategic automation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling techniques and tools.
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills for creating persuasive presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with automation initiatives is highly regarded.
