About the Position:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef to fill part-time vacancy in our Banquets Kitchen team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and exceeding business expectations.

  • Provide efficient and professional service to meet guest requirements.
  • Perform tasks within specified timeframe to ensure high guest satisfaction.
  • Cultivate passion for culinary arts through consistent food production, meeting high quality standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations as per HACCP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Kitchen teams on special requests or delayed meals.

Essential Requirements:

  • A results-driven individual with strong teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve high results, driven by success.
  • Previous experience in banqueting environment highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in various cooking techniques and styles.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety principles.
  • Food Safety Certificate essential.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
