Clinical Services Director

The Clinical Services Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the delivery of healthcare services for patients within our clients' facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs, ensuring they adhere to Australia's public health standards and meet the unique healthcare needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and development of new clinical programs during the transition period.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs across our client's primary healthcare services, including pharmaceuticals management, health promotion, vaccination, and mental health education, and the IPC and Communicable Disease framework.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure programs are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate program delivery and support.
Possess strong leadership and management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in healthcare program development and evaluation, and knowledge of pharmaceutical management, health promotion, vaccination programs, mental health education, and communicable disease management, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, enabling you to lead diverse teams, develop effective healthcare programs, navigate regulations, and provide culturally sensitive care with empathy and compassion.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical program management, preferably within a primary healthcare setting.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare program development and evaluation.
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals management, health promotion, vaccination programs, and mental health education and IPC and communicable disease management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
