Centre Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to lead our centre, guiding the next generation of educators and driving growth.

  • Develop and manage your own centre, leveraging your experience in early learning to make a profound impact on children's lives.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver a bespoke learning program, built in collaboration with global pedagogical leaders.
  • Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, promoting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building attendance pipelines and maintaining revenue-generating operations.

As a Centre Leader, you'll be part of a leadership team that supports and develops Teachers and Educators. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the impact of your role.

You'll need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Hold QLD Working with Children's Check.
  • Willing to undergo a Police Check.
  • Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
