Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Surgical Ward team as a Registered Nurse.
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will provide critical care to surgical patients throughout their journey. You will work closely with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver person-centered nursing care using best practice evidence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in nursing care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
- Proven experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
