A market leading Tier 2 builder delivering Education, Defence, Agecare, health and Industrial projects.

  • 40-year-old company - Great strength and depth in their market.
  • BDM opportunity with a leading tier two contractor - $500m t/o
  • Seeking a "Go getter" a deal maker, someone who can convert Ops into projects
  • Specifically looking for a PM with delivery and front end experience looking to go into BD

The Company:

  • Our client has one of the most advanced sales tracking tools on the market which allows them to predict their conversion rates with a high level of accuracy. This means you can really focus on your target projects for an excellent win rate.
  • Their brand, reputation, time in sector and their people are all huge contributing factors to why they are appealing to work for, & why their clients love to partner with them.
  • Over the last 40 years they have delivered many award winning projects in many different sectors from a value of $5M to $100M.
  • Are heavily involved in government projects in the education, health and defence sectors.
  • It's due to an internal move we are working exclusively on a BDM position being based out of their Brisbane office.

About you:

  • You will have a career in the construction industry, either currently in a BDM role for a builder, or currently a Project Manager with delivery or front-end experience, looking for a slight change of direction in your career.
  • We're looking for someone who knows how to get ahead of the tender process working on ECI's or pitching the businesses capability ahead of their competition.
