Empowering Individuals with Support and Care

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in providing high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual impairments, mental health, and/or physical disabilities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional care and support. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our customers to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals of all ages with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication assistance
  • Assist with challenging behaviors and manual handling
  • Adapt to different individuals and provide creative solutions to achieve their goals
  • Complete relevant documentation and reporting/shift notes as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Cert III or higher in a relevant field
  • 12+ months paid experience working in a similar role
  • QLD PAID Blue Card/Working with Children Check
  • PAID (P) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • First Aid Certificate (current)
  • CPR Certificate (current)
  • Able to provide 100 points of ID, including evidence of work rights in Australia
  • National Police Check (current) - relevant and not older than 6 months
  • COVID Vaccinated (2 doses)
  • Unrestricted Open QLD Driver Licence
  • Own reliable transport (willing to use for work)
  • Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android)
