
Scheduling Process Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Scheduler Specialist to lead the development and implementation of scheduling processes within our Program Management Office. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic individual who can oversee and optimize scheduling processes across multiple projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for uplifting our existing Master Scheduling process, guiding Project Managers to develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives, and providing transparency and predictability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a hybrid role, working closely with diverse stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
AU Citizenship is required due to security clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement scheduling processes and tools to support program management
- Mentor and guide Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Ensure schedules align with program objectives and provide transparency and predictability
- Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
- Proven experience in developing detailed, complex program schedules
- Extensive experience in a master scheduler role supporting delivery of complex project schedules and programs
- Strong understanding of resource scheduling and project management
- Ability to create pragmatic schedules and highlight issues such as resource constraints and dependencies
- Experience with portfolio and project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project and Program Management methodologies
- AU Citizenship required for security clearance
- 6-12 month contract with a view to extend
- Based in Sydney/Melbourne
