We are seeking a skilled and motivated leader to oversee the operations of our store during extended trading hours. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by managing the team and leading by example.

Our stores operate 24 hours a day, with shifts on Monday 4pm-10pm, Tuesday 4pm-10pm, Wednesday 4pm-10pm. To ensure we provide continued service during these extended hours, we have Duty Managers overseeing the operations of the store.

This is a Part Time role of 16.5 hours per week. Key responsibilities include leading others, improving safety culture, enjoying variety in work, thinking on your feet, following policy and clear processes, ensuring good communication, and adapting to change.

Requirements for this role include a solid background in retail, ideally with demonstrated experience working in a supervisory/team leader role. You should be passionate about delivering results that motivate your team and possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
