Your New Role

Lead daily operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies, staff rostering, and costs. Equip your team with the right training, tools, and resources to succeed, leading by example to inspire a high-performing team culture that prioritizes safety and delivers a fantastic place to work and shop.

 

About You

With 2+ years of retail experience, you've proven leadership and coaching skills. Delivering a fantastic customer experience is your passion, and you can confidently analyze financial data to deliver targets and support operational excellence. Prioritize learning and team development to uplift capability and inspire success.

 

Be willing to invest in ongoing learning opportunities and complete relevant qualifications (Cert III Retail or similar). Navigate challenging situations and prioritize team and customer safety above all else, genuinely caring about team health and wellbeing.
