Key Responsibilities:- Barista: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, maintain a clean and organized coffee station, and provide excellent customer service.
- Waiter Supervisor: Assist in overseeing the scheduling of waiter staff shifts, reconcile transactions, supervise and train F&B attendants, and manage monetary transactions.
- Cook: Prepare and cook food to high-quality standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Chef: Plan and create menus, oversee food preparation, and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to train and mentor staff.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively communicate with customers and staff.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Full support and training by the team.
- Annual salary from $55,000 - $70,000 plus super for successful candidates.
