Food Service Professional Opportunity

We have an exciting job opportunity available for a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team in Melbourne.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and present food items, including bread and baked goods, to high standards.
  • Maintain clean and hygienic storage and preparation areas, adhering to Health & Safety and Audit guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Code of Practice and follow proper food handling procedures.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately process transactions.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Check and receive deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct daily and weekly cleaning schedules, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow established security and safety procedures at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • A winning attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in food preparation, retail sales, and/or customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
