Job Title: Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide personalized care to each client, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, helping them to maintain their independence and participate in daily activities.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, ensuring clients receive proper nutrition.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to management.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability
  • 3+ months of experience in Aged Care
  • 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record
  • Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
  • Full working rights in Australia
