Senior Site Health and Safety Specialist

With a passion for creating safe workplaces, this role is instrumental in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish effective risk management strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Health and Safety or higher qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an onsite construction environment.
  • First Aid certification is essential.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly Hammertech software.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual eager to learn and contribute to the organisation's commitment to workplace safety.
