Teaching and Learning Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced teaching professional who has a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences.

As part of a dynamic and creative team, you will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering training and administration of units of accredited courses at HE degree level to both local and international students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse students
  • Designing and implementing assessments that evaluate student learning and progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and maintain a comprehensive and engaging curriculum
  • Providing pastoral care and support to students to ensure their overall well-being
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a related postgraduate qualification, preferably at Masters level, and a high level of professional industry practice in animation software such as Maya and Unreal Engine.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A related postgraduate qualification, preferably at Masters level
  • A high level of professional industry practice in 2D and 3D animation modelling or creative media with an established portfolio of work
  • Teaching or training experience either in a higher education or professional environment
  • Experience in Animation software such as Maya and Unreal Engine
  • Possession of outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • High level of agile critical thinking and problem-solving ability
