About the Role

This position is responsible for collecting and compiling water and sewer performance data to support business improvement initiatives. You will work with the business to develop reports and translate data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive reports and work with key stakeholders to identify areas where processes, efficiency, or performance could be enhanced.
  • Deliver the overarching reporting for key deliverables such as the Annual Performance Report and Delivery Plan relevant to the section.
  • Support business improvement initiatives by using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Analytics, or related field, or demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role where report writing and presentation of data and insights were a key focus.
  • Demonstrated proven experience in a regulated environment, analyzing performance data, developing written reports, and preparing actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Experience working with advanced data visualization tools to develop user-friendly views and reports.

  • A competitive salary range of $85k-$103k plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Permanent full-time role with access to a 9-day fortnight.
  • Hybrid and flexible working conditions, with 2 days of work from home and 3 days on site.
