Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on personalized and patient-centered approaches.
- Work autonomously, using your clinical expertise to assess and manage patient needs.

- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Working with Children Check/DCSI or equivalent.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- 2 years' recent acute experience and ability to identify patient deterioration.
- Experience in PICC care, dressing, and removal.
- Chronic wound care experience and cannulation skills are highly desirable.
- Competent IT skills and literacy.
