Our organization provides disability employment services to help individuals find and keep jobs. We are a national provider of these services, funded by the Australian Government.

We work with people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to identify their goals and aspirations. Our team builds skills and job-readiness, coaches them through interviews, and supports them into employment.

We also collaborate with prospective employers to promote the benefits of a diverse workforce. Our approach focuses on supporting each person in the way that best helps them achieve their goals.

As an In-Work Support Coach, you will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and administration to our clients as they progress through the In-Work Support phase.

Your key accountabilities will include:

- Liaising with employers, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain employment;
- Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and promoting collaboration between internal stakeholders;
- Assisting with claim management;
- Escalating risks or concerns through appropriate channels; and
- Ensuring compliance with Employment Services Contracts and internal policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced administration environment;
- Proven experience working with targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); and
- The ability to problem-solve and implement new strategies.
