Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Job Coach to play a crucial role in the successful placement and transition of job seekers into sustainable employment and/or education.

You will be responsible for preparing job seekers within our program for employment, including:

  • Placing job seekers into sustainable employment opportunities
  • Actively marketing participants to potential employers through various channels and networks
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of local labour market needs and skilling our job seekers accordingly
  • Encouraging and motivating job seekers through appropriate activities to achieve their employment goals

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • The ability to motivate and encourage job seekers to reach their full potential
  • Proven experience working with targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • The ability to effectively manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Previous experience in employment services or a related field (although not essential)
  • A current police clearance or ability to obtain one
