About the Role:

Gunn Agri Partners offers ongoing opportunities for experienced Farm Managers to join their team across various locations in NSW, QLD, and WA.

This exciting role involves collaborating closely with General Managers to oversee timely execution of farming processes and implementing corporate governance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of aggregation operations, encompassing planning, financial performance, operational management, and employee supervision
  • Timely execution of farming operations, including cropping and livestock management
  • Implementation of business policies and procedures
  • Execution of transformation and sustainability initiatives
  • Development of a strong culture of teamwork, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in managing modern, large-scale broadacre crop farms
  • Leadership experience in directing staff and contractors
  • Prior experience with agriculture management systems (such as Ag World) and interpreting agronomic advice
  • Budgeting skills
  • Desirable: experience in livestock management, knowledge of sustainable practices, or willingness to adopt and adapt
  • Ability to operate and maintain cropping, farm, and/or earth moving machinery
  • Sound understanding of work health & safety requirements
  • Physical fitness to fulfill role requirements
  • CURRENT drivers' license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
