- Previous experience servicing TMVs
- Prior experience working across various customer sectors, delivering high-quality work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly within Apple applications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to pass Disclosure and Barring Service clearance (Enhanced DBS check)
- Qualified in City & Guilds Disinfection or similar recognised course (Desirable)
