Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Speech Pathology Coach. As a key member of our Allied Health team, you'll work in partnership with educators and other professionals to support children's communication, emergent literacy, and social development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing evidence-informed capacity building approaches to enhance outcomes for children and families within the early learning and care setting.
  • Working alongside Centre Directors, Educators, and other key stakeholders to observe, identify, and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.
  • Communicating and engaging regularly with families to support the inclusion and participation of their child.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for improving outcomes for young children and has:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working with children in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • A strong understanding of child development (birth-5 years).
