The Opportunity:
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced skincare expert to join our new Belconnen team as a Beauty Expert.
In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with the Boutique Manager and team to elevate our skincare range. Your primary focus will be driving growth through personalised consultations, tailored customer experiences, and engaging in-store events. Your expertise will be key in increasing and maintaining the boutique's skincare performance.
This is a casual position where you will need to have flexible availability, including working on weekends.
About You:
- You have at least 2 years retail experience, ideally in skincare or fragrance.
- You are a team player, professional and results driven.
- You deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Demonstration of practical ability of skincare demonstrations/consultations (comfortable touching a client's skin).
