Our company offers a unique opportunity for a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves performing general maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep across multiple childcare centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform general repairs and maintenance to childcare playgrounds and centres (patching, painting, minor carpentry, caulking, furniture assembly, etc.)
  2. Repair and maintain fixtures, doors, locks, fences, blinds
  3. Carry out basic trade tasks dependent on licence and competency
  4. Conduct property maintenance and inspection tasks
  5. Respond to client job requests in a timely, professional manner
  6. Perform gardening and outdoor maintenance as required
About You:
  • Working With children card is prerequisite
  • Previous trade experience, handyman or general maintenance work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Own tools and reliable vehicle
  • Current Australian driver's license
  • Own basic hand tools and power tools including drill, saw, and measuring equipment
  • Ability to work independently, safely and respectfully and manage your schedule
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
