Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to meet the nutritional and hydration needs of our residents, taking into account special dietary requirements and preferences.
- Present and serve food and refreshments in an appealing manner, adhering to high standards of presentation and quality.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe food preparation environment.
Requirements
- Food Safety Certificate Level I (HLTFSE001) or progression towards completion.
- Previous experience working in a food services environment, preferably in an aged care facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
