Opportunity Overview
As a General Practitioner with Bupa, you will work as a civilian within well-equipped multidisciplinary health centres located on military installations throughout Australia. Your role will involve providing primary healthcare to active Defence Force members, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of various health conditions while also supporting long-term health management.
Your practice will encompass a diverse range of clinical scenarios, including family planning, dermatological issues, musculoskeletal concerns, and mental health support. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in occupational health practices or specialize in unique fields such as underwater and aviation medicine.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
- A willingness to undergo a thorough recruitment process, which may take several months.
- Current and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA.
- Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM), or Vocational Registration.
- A minimum of two years of full-time experience in a general practice setting within the last five years (or equivalent part-time experience).
