We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Beverage Service Associate. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Conditions:

  • Work location: On-site.
  • Expected hours: Up to 40 per week.
  • Schedule: Various shifts available, including day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts.

Languages: Spanish (desired)

Authorization: Australia (required)
