Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Service Professional to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for serving food courses and beverages in the pool area tables and sun lounges, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently;
  • Clear tables and sun lounges after customers have finished eating/drinking;
  • Answer questions on menu selections and provide recommendations;
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cooking orders, and product availability;
  • Record transactions in our point-of-sale system at the time of order;
  • Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course or beverage;
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including the bar, tables, and sun loungers around the pool;
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights;
  • Present physical checks to guests and process payments accurately;
  • Collect unused towels from sun loungers and around the pool, and restock towel towers.

    Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with MICROS point-of-sale systems or similar technology;
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required;
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures;
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented role is an asset.
