About this Role

Job Description
  • Mills Oakley is seeking a Junior Lawyer with 0-2 years PQE experience.
  • The role involves reviewing files, preparing advices, communicating with clients and drafting correspondence.
Responsibilities

  • Communicating with other practitioners;
  • Appearing before the Local Court;
  • File management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have between 0-2 years experience in insurance litigation, must have or be eligible to obtain a Practising Certificate, or alternatively, general litigation with a genuine interest in advancing their career in a high-volume insurance litigation practice.
