Role Overview
The Insurance Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative support to our Insurance Brokers. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates, school leavers, or individuals returning to the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Brokers with administrative tasks related to client insurance and risk management.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels to address their insurance requirements.
- Participate in the pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal processes, including drafting quotes and compiling renewal documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, submission, and invoicing of insurance policies.
- Attend client meetings and contribute to tender processes, renewals, claims, and other insurance brokerage activities.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Brokers, Underwriters, and Client Managers.
- Enhance client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications for Success:
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Experience in supporting Senior Brokers with client accounts is advantageous.
- Background in client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance brokerage is preferred.
- Familiarity with general insurance products is beneficial.
- Willingness to obtain a Tier 1 insurance qualification is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
