IT Transformation Specialist

The role involves enforcing change management processes to minimize the adverse impact of changes to our systems and services.
This is a part-time job share role in our office, working over 2-3 days, approximately 19 hours per week.
As an IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring changes are compliant with all aspects of the IT Production Change Management Process.
- Ensure changes comply with all aspects of the IT Production Change Management Process.
- Assist with reviewing failed changes or post-change issues.
- Provide information to internal and external auditors in a timely manner.
- Identify process improvements and recommend changes to support greater change velocity while safeguarding system availability and stability.
Requirements:
Key Skills:
- IT Change Management or IT Service Management experience.
- ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of IT Change Management practices.
- Excellent analysis, facilitation, and communication skills.
