We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. With a strong background in IT Change Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of projects across the business.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting IT Change Management processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, and developing effective plans to meet business objectives.

You'll have the chance to work closely with our Technology Service Owner for Service Management, contributing to the planning and execution of critical mid-range patching. As part of our team, you'll enjoy access to learning and development platforms, along with opportunities to get certified in cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting IT Change Management to ensure all changes comply with the IT Change Management Process.
  • Ensuring timely and consistent communication of changes within technology and across the business.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders from technology and business.
  • Creating a patching schedule and change tickets, presenting changes to the Change Board for approval.
  • Communicating plans to Technology Team Leads/Service Owners.
