Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WWAN, and VON services, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Manage IP address allocation and DNS/DHCP configurations for optimal performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot daily network operations, guaranteeing system reliability and efficiency.
  • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, maintain runbooks, and provide escalation support as required.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and system configurations to meet compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-disciplined team covering server, compute, and enterprise technology support.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of networking technologies, including routing protocols, port management, VLAN configuration, and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based networking concepts and services, particularly within platforms like Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly are also essential.
