About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate financial data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues.

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate financial data
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to resolve payment issues
  • Develop and implement processes to improve cash flow and reduce debt
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a credit controller or financial account management role
  • Intermediate understanding of debits and credits, with strong numeric and computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every task
