About the Role

In your role as a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer account statuses within trading terms and ensuring balances do not exceed payment terms. You will support the Credit Control function for a designated group of accounts and collaborate with Sales Management, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to address claims, stop supply issues, and other AR-related matters for all our brands.

What You Will Do:

Maintain accurate customer account statuses

Support the Credit Management function for a designated group of accounts

Collaborate with Sales Management, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams

Ensure timely balancing of allocated cash and identification of unallocated payments

Accurately allocate payments to appropriate invoices, match claims, and initiate claims

Manage the scanning of credits, claims, and remittance advices

Develop and qualify new suppliers to reduce costs and enhance efficiency

Innovate methods for capturing QC data, including digital recording

Improve supplier performance by managing the SCAR process

Support operator decision-making through tools and processes that enhance quality

Who You Are:

A professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a credit controller role.

Someone with an intermediate understanding of debits and credits, along with strong numeric and computer skills.

An individual with excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

You’ll have a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every task.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email.

Experience with SAP, with at least 12 months of Accounts Receivable experience in SAP preferred.
