Job Title: Site Development ManagerThis role offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, specializing in commercial and industrial builds.Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective onsite planning & management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment
  • Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting project success criteria's of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process compliance
  • Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviors are aligned with company values
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Site Manager for a head contractor
  • Experience delivering new build construction projects valued $10M+, ideally with commercial or industrial project experience
  • Strong civils and structures experience
  • Proven experience of effectively managing a site team in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements
