About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to support the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects. This hands-on role involves working closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors and site crews to ensure program, quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities
  • Ensure program, quality and safety standards are consistently met

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in civil infrastructure (roads, rail, drainage, utilities, or structures)
  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site resources
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients
  • Working knowledge of construction programs, QA processes and reporting tools
