Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a positive experience through efficient and effective management of complaints, enquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Delivery: Provide excellent customer service across multiple channels, including phone, face-to-face and online.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints and enquiries in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate and relevant information to customers about our services and operations.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative team environment that shares responsibility for managing customer enquiries and workloads.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer Service Skills: A high level of customer service skills in a multiskilled contact centre environment.
- Problem-Solving Ability: The ability to problem solve and employ empathy, good judgement and flexibility to meet customer needs.
- Cultural Competence: A sound understanding of how to work with customers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
