Implementation Consultant Psg

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with the Implementation Consulting Manager in achieving all departmental goals through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop client requirements, conduct gap analysis, document, build, and configure solutions that meet these needs.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create executable plans that account for both functional and technical work streams of the project.
  • Provide best practice solutions based on customer-defined business needs and rules.
  • Successfully implement products and associated services within required timeframes, communicating with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Analyse risks, problems, and opportunities, planning follow-up, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Review and measure progress against specified criteria and deliverables, developing suitable corrective action as required.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of seniority in all mediums, displaying personal integrity and professionalism in dealings with colleagues and clients.
  • Deliver high-level customer service across internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service/client-facing consulting experience within an implementation/service delivery environment.
  • Experience with project management methodology, with demonstrated success in previous roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of data mapping, data conversion, and data integrity.
  • Advanced understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between systems.
  • Ability to identify client risks and provide options for resolution.
