At Zeus Street Greek, we're on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in North Sydney. As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, from supervising opening and closing shifts to coaching and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate store operations, including opening and closing shifts, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve our high standards.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service, adhering to our safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
