As a Branch Staff member, you will have a diverse range of tasks in your daily job, including delivering products to essential service customers, picking & packing orders, and providing exceptional customer service when serving trade customers.

  • Support the team by participating in daily activities beyond driving.
  • Complete delivery runs locally to nearby branches and customers.
  • Assist customers over the counter while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Undertake pick, pack, warehousing, and stock control activities.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • A clean full driver's license.
  • Proficient computer and system skills.
  • Be a team player with safety awareness.
