The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Group accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll. They will also be expected to develop and manage detailed data analysis and reporting across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the Group accounting functions, including financial reporting and budgeting
  • Develop and manage detailed data analysis and reporting across the Group
  • Coordinate and prepare budgets, budget approvals, and forecasts
  • Manage and prepare Payroll for the Group entity
  • Assist in supervising junior accounting and finance roles within the Group
  • Ensure each company adheres to management accounting standards and is financially compliant
  • Ensure Group compliance with and development of Group governance standards, ASIC reporting, and regulatory requirements
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with excellent communication and attention to detail. An analytical mindset, strong prioritization, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team will be critical in this role. Key competencies include:

  • CA/CPA Qualification + degree qualified in accounting and/or finance
  • Extensive technical and practical experience in relevant areas of accounting
  • Solid technical background, including statutory and taxation reporting experience and knowledge of accounting standards
  • Excellent Excel skills + data modeling/analysis
